Do you offer any warranties?
We offer a 5-year workmanship warranty on a new roof.
What forms of payment do you take?
We happily accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. There is a 3% fee for using a credit card.
Does Hayden Lake Roofing LLC charge for estimates?
Absolutely not! We provide no obligation, fair, and free estimates!
How much will my new roof cost?
Like anything, the price of your new roof will depend on a few different factors: size, shape, slope, material, and the number of existing roof layers.
What is a valley?
A valley is a point where two roofing sections meet. The resulting junction resembles a valley.
What is a ridge?
Simply put, the ridge is the top of your roof and runs parallel to the ground. It will often have a ridge vent and will be covered with ridge caps.
Do light-colored shingles last longer than darker shingles?
The key to a longer-lasting roof is proper ventilation. A roof that has dark shingles should last as long as lighter shingles if they are installed on a house that has a properly vented attic.
Do you keep the property clean?
We take cleanliness very seriously! Our team will ensure that our work area and areas surrounding it are clean at the conclusion of each day. Nothing will be left behind when we finish the project other than your beautiful new roof or siding.
What type of roofing should I use?
That is dependent on a few different factors! Your budget and style preferences play a role in the decision when installing a new roof. Give us a call, and we will inspect your home or office to determine the roofing system that best aligns with your individual building, budget, and style.
What do you do with the old roofing debris?
We bring all debris to a landfill and dispose of it properly.
What kind of material warranties are available?
Material warranties are typically issued by the manufacturers. They can range for periods of five years up to fifty years!
Can you repair or install a roof during the winter?
Yes! We can install a roof all year-round with adjustments depending on extreme weather conditions.
